Oh my gosh, Phelan - what a fabulous spread! I had to look up champ - sounds wonderful! What is the Bram Brock? Couldn't find a reference on the net to that.

I have the flu. I was so sick yesterday, you were lucky to get the menu out of me. I am posting the recipes so all you questions will be answered shortly. And I spelled barm brock wrong, sorry. :D
