My hens have unpuckered and dropping eggs like crazy. Bunnies have been born, and Large is on the Kiddie page of Thunder Roads, and this is the link to the rags blog if interested.
My internet broke, so I am to gt a new one, and hang out with my mom for the day. Hopefully tomorrow I can tell you more about the beef.
Currently I was able to make 4 quarts of broth and save 2 pints of tallow (that's so far)

I would love to talk to you about an issue that I feel is a hot topic in environmental news. I have written an article that I think your readers would be interested in seeing on your blog.
I'm looking to promote that idea that by encouraging grocery shoppers to branch out from their usual selections and to join the local food movement, they can help provide a healthy food choice for their families and create a more sustainable agricultural system.
For the last few years Phelan it has been either feast or famine - but more famine - either it is too cold, too wet and now it is too warm.
When are you going to catch a break I wonder. It is ridiculous.
I wish you luck and that the meat is put away, safe and frozen.
