Salt of the Earth

In popular usage, “salt of the Earth” means a person of admirable character.

If you say that someone is the salt of the earth, you mean that they are a very good and honest person. ~Cambridge Dict.

Good Morning! I have recently discovered your blog and I really enjoy your stories and learning from your experiences, I am a novice gardener (mostly just tomatoes and peppers this year, with a few berries) but I hope to add chickens and bees soon. I read on your sidebar that you have preserved radishes. How do you do that? Inquiring minds want to know! Thanks, Barbara

Hi Barbara! If you click on the word radishes on my sidebar, it will (should) take you to the post. I try to link up just about everything for easier access for readers.
