A Mentor Dies

My deepest sympathies. I read your post on Women Not Dabbling. Farm accidents are all too common and I think most "normal" people don't realize what a dangerous occupation it can be.
I worry about my father who, in his 80s, is still cutting trees for their wood furnace. As a lifelong farmer, he has had his share of injuries and is missing digits. We have been lucky.
There are many thoughts with you, floating through cyberspace, during this difficult time. J

My deepest sympathies on the death of your friend. He sounds like he was quite a colorful neighbor. Please let his family know that they are in your readers thoughts and prayers in this time of loss.

Peace

I read about the accident, and wondered if you knew him... I'm so sorry. My prayers are with you, and with his family.

This is when we wish our blogging friends weren't so far away. At least we could stop by and squeeze their hand and share in the weight of grief.

Peace to you, my friend.
