Oh but I won't be moving livestock across State lines. Do you order chickens from a hatchery? If so, you are indeed moving livestock across State lines and will be subject to APHIS.

It is ridiculous how long this has been going on. I get tracking the food from feedlots and slaughter houses. But if they would do their job and actually inspect them, most of the food illnesses wouldn't happen, at least not as often.
