The packing is going interestingly. I am well aware now, that I lack the appropriate dusting skills when it comes to our decorative sentimental junk. Guess I just found my New Years resolution. We found all kinds of niffty things squirreled away and hiding under a foot of dust. Luckily I haven't found anything to creepy like dead animals or luggage from city mouse's visit.
Speaking of luggage, I have a $125 gift certificate from CSN (and it isn't just for their luggage stores) burning a hole in my pocket. What to do with it? I could keep it, or I could try and buy your love and give it away. hhmmm. . . what to do. . . CSN does have over 200 stores to pick from.
Give it away of course!

Sounds like your house is in as much a state of chaos as mine is these days. :) I don't think my husband and I ever got ourselves completely unpacked when we moved in three months ago...and now we've got to get everything ready for April, when we're expecting our first baby! Here's to a quick and minimum-stress process for your family, and ours! :)

I'm sitting here looking around my apartment and thinking about what a pain in the neck it's going to be to pack all of this junk up when we move (we're hoping to put an offer in on our first home in the next couple of weeks). I hope the remodeling goes smoothly for you!

I have written a few comments, I read all the time (yay, you are back!), and I *love* looking at your pictures. You are years ahead in a version of my own longed-for lifestyle. I'm without the handy and loving husband, but have a grown son who wants to help me. So fewer mouths to feed but much less and help. Thank goodness for the Internet for company, instruction and entertainment!
Oh, and drooling over the tools store at CSN right now :) Dang I never win these things, but it sure is fun to make up wish lists!
