I am sick of potato digging! It seems like that is all I have been doing the last couple of days. And I am no where near done. I like potatoes, but this is ridiculous.
I don't think I have mentioned it. But. . . we started to take the sheep back across the road. I got a phone call from the property owner wanting to know why I was bringing them back. I told her everything that was told to me by her underling. The neighbor across the way was livid. "She has no right!" And started cursing the girl. The sheep are now all back here without any more problems. We are square, and the sheep are indeed mine. They are grazing on good neighbor's property.
One of husband's old high school buddies is a hay farmer. He lives way south of us, but we traded numbers and he has a good deal for us on hay.
And now the EPA wants to list traditional ammo as a hazardous waste. Really? Give me a break. The are taking feedback about this, might as well tell them they are being rather silly.

Yay, on the 27th, the EPA announced that it would deny the proposed ammunition/sinker lead ban. Hooray!!!

I know the potato picking sucks but you are going to be so thankful come winter. We know.
Glad the sheep are there and yours. YAY. And the hay sounds good too. Sounds like you had a pretty awesome weekend. :)
Spent a while digging potatoes myself this afternoon. I feel for you. I even pinged my water line and now get to dig down and fix that now too! Doh!!
