Only 30 mins left

If you see your name on the right side of the screen next to the word WINNER, please send my you shipping info. You can find my email on my profile page.

I have 1 more post to do, and one more prize to give away.

I really like Punky Brewster. Don't remember much about it, except some little girl on LSD hanging out with an old man. But I really liked the show.

I remember that show. I thought she had the craziest name. Her real name, I mean. My aunt told me it was (with a MS accent)

SOO-Lee MOON-fry. I guess that's close. Now, it's mild as far as hollywood names go.

Only 30 minutes left! Then what's your plan first? Shower, fall into bed, big breakfast?
I hope you get to rest today from your big effort, and husband lets you sleep at least a while before getting busy.
My blueberries are ripe here today in Indiana, so the family is all coming out to the country to let the kids pick and run and play. Should be a good day for it and it's cool here too.
Well, that's what's going on in my little world.

Thinker, Stop!
i have the giggles!

Trailshome (and thinker, you asked as well) I get to sleep for about 4 hours, then have to pull the engine out of my truck and replace it with a different one. Then same ole every day chores.

mmmm...I love bluberries

You know, most people would consider pulling an engine out of a truck to be a huge task, but you just mention it as if it's an everyday thing, but I suppose after doing all the things you've done since I've been reading your blog to get the homestead going, the truck motor looks like a small thing.

It's amazing what we can accomplish with perseverance, energy, skill and maybe just a lit bit of stubbornness, isn't it?

Yeah, blueberries are just the best, and with all the rain we've had this year, they're the best ever. I even dry them and use them on my morning oatmeal instead of raisins. Yumm stuff. The best part is watching the kids pick them.

If it wasn't for the cherry picker, I would be throwing a huge fit. I am also very tired right now, so the only emotions I seem to have right now are giggle fits and crying. Well haven't cried yet, but I have wanted to. My back is just burning!

poor you. Does stretching it out help the pain? Mine cramps up when I'm standing to cook, and the positions I get into to stretch the knots out are really sort of bizarre and definately unflattering! I always try to look around to make sure no-one else is around before I go into the arch over, reach back to the right, left, then between the legs stretch. I feel so very defenceless against someone who might sneak up and goose me.

Does heat help? You could make you a rice sock. (sew up a bag of dry rice into a tube sock.)

I know 'heat' is not in RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) but I love putting heat on sore muscles.

Better'n chocolate, that is!

I should put some on my head right now. LOL

No heat, it will cause it to swell. Has to be cold. I hurt it last night, when the animals ganged up on me. They plot I tell you.
