Tell me this. . .

Please explain to me what type of tutorial you are wanting for the Alfredo sauce. I am sans a camera right now as it was stolen. Are you wanting step by step instruction, or do you want to wait until I have a camera?

VIVA FRUIT BUTTERS!

Yes, that would be a shameless plug for my post today on the group blog. Saturday's are slow.

I'll admit it here first: I'm a tutorial junkie. :)

I just always love to see how people do things along the way... what the product looks like as they're cooking, how full the jars really are, what it looks like when it's done. I guess basically it's the way I assure myself that I'm not totally messing up!

But it actually isn't necessary. I let my addiction get in the way. And I'll check out fruit butters, but the sad fact is, we're not big jam or butter(s) people. Sweets aren't really our thing, so the probably 15 quarts of peaches will do us just fine. Although I wish I had a tiny bit more marionberry jam and pineapple jam... we don't eat jam/jelly otherwise. Sad. I know.

What I really want to know is how you can it, so I wouldn't need pics for that. That's my vote!

I can freeze and dry my produce 'til the cows come home, but I am terrified of canning! Guess I've got to get brave, haven't I?

Your harvest list is impressive and makes my own look paltry and pitiful. Thanks for the inspiration!

Meadowlark, understand and I will see what I can do.

Taylor, on my sidebar, click on the alfrado sauce link, it will let you how to make it and can it.

Terri, it does take time to get over the fear. I felt like that once myself. ah, my list, I haven't kept it as updated as I should. Need to get on that.

Stephanie, woowhoo! I am thrilled he likes it. I spend a lot of time writting recipes but hardly ever hear if anyone has made it and what they thought of it. SO I am very thrilled. Thank him for me.
