My early radishes are popping up all over the place. Yesterday I did a little thinning and ended up with 1 lb 9 1/2 oz of white baby radishes. Today I will peel them, wash them, slice 'em, and quickly stir fry them before freezing them for later use.
I have a lot more coming in and we can never eat them all. My question for you is, how do your preserve your radishes?
