I am spiffying up the sidebar.
What would you like to see there?
What do you want removed?
What do you suggest the order of the sidebar be?
Do you like the drop boxes? I added them so that when I updated things, feed readers didn't get a bunch of reruns.
This is just to make my blog a little more reader friendly, and to look a tad better.

The only thing I don't like are the animated gifs. All else is fine by me.
I like to see things in sidebars that represent the personality of the blogger...
I know others, though, who say they never look at people's sidebars...
It doesn't bother me either way as I read your stuff on the feed reader and then come here to comment, but you might want to remove some of the bells and whistles to a different page. For example, the survived blogathon thing could go to a "badges" page. For that matter, so could the biker blogrolls--the only rule for those is that they be within a click of the main page. You could have a blogrolls page, and save your personal one for the home page.
I like the drop-downs. I really dislike the goat (sorry). But then, I pretty much hate all animated gifs.
I think it looks good. I like sidebars that show a little personality. I like the goat!! :) You're a brave girl, I don't think I'd welcome criticism for my sidebar!
Oh please don't get rid of the goats!! I love them!
