Nopales are a vegetale made from the young stem of a prickly pair. Native to Mexico, some green houses in the US are picking up on their popularity.
Nopales are very rich in insoluble and especially soluble dietary fiber. They are also rich in vitamins (like vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, riboflavin and vitamin B6) and minerals (like magnesium, potassium, and manganese, iron and copper).

Keep up the good work!
That's a nifty little vegetale. I remember reading somewhere that some varieties of prickly pear can grow in Southern Saskatchewan. Can you get Nopales from any variety?
well, I'm not going to run out right now and harvest ours... call me a wimp if you must...
Belly button lint comes from clothing fibers below the belly button. The fibers, according to a generally accepted theory, are channeled up to the navel by body hairs acting like a conveyor belt.
Innies can expect to have more belly button lint than outies.
Most belly button lint is blue-gray --- kinda like dryer lint --- because lint tends to reflect the colors of your clothes and because most of the popular colors in clothes when mashed together like a mosh pit tend to produce a blue-gray hue.
There are several ways to get rid of belly button lint. The most popular way is to pick it out with your fingers, although you can also drop some juice from a can of tuna fish in there and let your cat suck it out ... or you can use one of those tubular vacuum attachments to suck it out.
The federal Belly Button Hotline suggests that men in particular take extra precautions with the attachment.
The feds also suggest that people with excessive belly button lint guard against sweating too much to avoid what they call
Belly Button Bush.
Dayngr, thank you
merry, all prickley pears are edible. You just have to carefully remove the spines

You can eat it raw, chop it up sprinkle a little lemon juice on it, and eat salad style.
or you can chop it up and saute it with onions.
You can roast them
eat them with your scrambled eggs
you can eat them in a house, with a mouse :D
or on a box, with a fox...
