This is quite interesting. For the pase few years, I have noticed that emergence dates for certain beetles and moths (that overwinter as larva are temp dependent) have been earlier than previously recorded. I even mentioned that I thought Indiana had ceased to be a two-zoned state as the temp changes seemed less noticeable between the N & S regions to my colleagues and have been met with skepticism. This is the first time I have seen an organization compare it to the "out-dated" USDA map. Thanks for sharing!
