Rocks, Dirt, Worms & Weeds by Jeff Hutton (review)
Let's start by saying that this is a cute book.
Rocks, Dirt, Worms & Weeds is directed towards families with children. However, if you are a neophyte gardener, this book would be a wonderful, easy to follow start. It's not dumbed down to the point you would feel insulted, but it has super easy to follow directions.
If you have children and need things to keep them busy, out of your hair or have a good teaching and bonding moments, this book includes many seasonal crafts for your garden. Yes, including winter ideas.
I am recommending this book for beginners and teachers.
Skyhorse Publishing is also a raffle sponsor. More later on that.
