I've been approached ...I have a post request! <br /><br />I've been approached by a local restaurant to run a farm for them that would produce most of their veggies that they use in their cooking. They have a location, but it hasn't been farmed in years, so it needs a tremendous amount of work. <br /><br />What can I do this fall to help prepare for next spring?
