I know, it just looks like a board. But it is just the beginning.
We sold our stock trailer for less than I wanted, to a neighbor. However, Husband and him had talked for a bit, and I was informed he was giving us some ceiling items as well. That night a cryptic phone call comes "meet me at the mailbox at 930".
9:30am finds us sitting in the truck up top. Not only does the insulation come, but OSB arrives (cheaper than drywall) and help.
It took four hours for our ceiling to be finished, sans insulation; which is tucked in our tent garage to stay dry. (Leftovers, so no plastic wrap) We need to allow the roof to dry, then we will lay the insulation.
Right now I am lying in bed, not hearing any sounds of water dripping. All our sheeting is down, opening up every room. And though it isn't below freezing out tonight, it should still be under freezing, the house is a comfortable temperature; 64F. Awesome sleeping temp!
Woke in the middle of the night sweating! We allowed the fire to go to hot coals and woke in the morning to 71F.
